Good location, proximity of pool and dining area, on-site restaurant, good service, friendly staff, clean installations.
Couldn't stay longer.

We had a great stay at this hotel with clean and recently renovated rooms. The atmosphere is cute and cozy, we enjoyed the super cute decor. we loved the big pool and that there was a restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering great assistance in organizing our onward journey. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the city square where all the tour agents were still open.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Beautiful location near the forest and the pool was kept exceptionally clean. There's a supermarket less than 10 minutes away and the staff is very friendly and helpful with travel planning.
Rooms can be hit or miss - we were assigned a room that was in poor condition, but the staff was responsive and quickly moved us to a much nicer room. There were also some ants in the bedding, which may be expected in the tropics, but still not ideal.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from a supermarket and the bustling city square. the room was outdated and the bathroom had some issues with ants. the staff was friendly but provided inaccurate information about tours and the breakfast was not up to European or American standards. While the pool and bar were nice features, there are likely better options available.
The accommodations left something to be desired.

The hotel has a great location, close enough to all the attractions and yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a well-deserved rest after a long day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the friendly staff and the refreshing pool, perfect to relax and cool off during the hot days.
The breakfast, which was below the usual standards. this is compensated with the nearby supermarket, which offers a great variety of supplies to prepare your own breakfast, just like home.
